What we collect
When you sign in we collect your email address and the profile details you choose to publish, including display name, username, bio, location, categories, and photo.
When you watch or host a Box we process the Box you opened, queue and seat actions, and technical data needed to keep the live session working. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to run sign-in, keep you on the same Box after you return, operate the guest queue, enforce Community Guidelines, and send transactional mail such as a one-time code or a waitlist invite.
Safety and moderation staff may review reports and related session data. Ordinary viewers cannot see people who hide from the public viewer list.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the personal information we hold. Write privacy@veezo.chat.
California residents can also use Your Privacy Choices. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of sale or sharing, which we do not do today.
Retention and processors
We keep account and profile data while your account is open, and keep safety records as long as needed to handle a report. Live media is not stored as an offline cache.
We use processors such as our auth, database, and live-media providers to operate the service. They may process data only to provide those functions.
