Veezo, Inc.
Terms of Service
Draft. Pending legal review.
Who can use Veezo
Veezo is a live conversation product. You may use it only if you can form a binding contract with Veezo, Inc. and you are at least 18 years old. We do not offer the service to children.
By creating a profile or continuing to watch after sign-in, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
A Box belongs to its host. Viewers stay with that Box while guests rotate. Next Box changes only the requesting viewer's destination. A timed guest turn begins only when a ready successor exists.
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. Live video is not cached for offline use.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of your profile. Do not impersonate another person or use a username that misleads others about who you are.
You may delete your account by writing legal@veezo.chat. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Your content
You keep the rights you already have in what you say or show in a Box. You grant Veezo, Inc. a license to host, transmit, and moderate that content so we can run the service.
Do not stream material you do not have the right to share. See our Copyright policy for how to send a DMCA notice.
Disclaimers and liability
Veezo is provided as is. Live conversation can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that a Box will stay live, that a guest will finish a turn, or that every report will produce a public outcome.
To the extent the law allows, Veezo, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
